Geared to those who desire a more personalized service with explanations and open discussions about the prayers and Torah readings, the Learning Service is a wonderful option for those whose background in Hebrew is limited, but for whom a desire for learning and spirituality is limitless. Our Weekly Learning Service will kick off this year with the High Holidays and then continue weekly starting October 21, 2006, as we begin the book of Genesis.

Our service is open to all, regardless of background, and meets weekly at 10am in the small house adjacent to the main building of the Hebrew Institute.

Kol Nidre (Yom Kippur Eve)     Sunday, October 1st at 6:15pm

Yizkor approx. 10:30am
                        Neilah (Final Service) at 5:45pm
 
(Services take place in the Bayit – the small house adjacent to the main building of the synagogue.)

High Holiday FREE Services  
Join hundreds of others who have found the Free Service to be their High Holiday home. The service is held at 3:30 p.m. on each day of Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur and is conducted in English. No knowledge of Hebrew is necessary.
